Providing a curriculum in preventive nutrition, treatment and cure options, herbal schools also give instruction in body healing through natural methods, and other educational course work.

Herbal schools provide instruction on how to create personal herbal preparations, how to grow medicinal herbs for personal or market use; and education of the anatomy, botany and chemical components of herbs.

Herbal schools also teach students about herbal pharmacognosy, herbal identification, herbal first aid, human health issues, and the history of natural medicine. Furthermore, herbal schools also teach students the legalities of private practice and many other comprehensive courses.

If you are interested in attending an herbal school, or if you would like to receive herbal school courses, or would like to find an herbal school near you, feel free to peruse our healing arts' school directory at holisticjunction.com.
